Self-Care for the Super Sensitive

Anyone who identifies as an Empath, an Intuitive, an INFJ, an Introvert, and/or a Highly Sensitive Person may be feeling exhausted and burnt out with all we've had to deal with as a collective and individually during these challenging times.

If that's you, here's a 90-minute online workshop via Zoom that can help with some tools for grounding, centering, protecting and clearing your energy so that you can experience your sensitivities as a gift, rather than a burden.

We will start with a guided meditation, and then we'll discuss various methods to manage your sensitivities and make them work for you.

There will also be time for Q&A to address your specific questions about managing challenges in your life as an HSP.

All you need is a pen and paper, a comfortable place to sit and an intention to embrace your highly sensitive nature.

Everyone who registers will also receive access to a recording of the workshop.

In this unique 2 hour monthly in-person group mediumship event on January 23 and February 13 from 7 to 9 PM, internationally-renowned psychic medium and Hay House author Tracy Farquhar will offer a guaranteed connection with your choice of a Spirit Guide or a loved one in spirit. This monthly event is for a small group of 5 to 8 people.

You'll have the opportunity to request a message from your guide or the spirit of a loved one who has transitioned, and Tracy will convey any information she receives.
