Through intentional visualization, breath, and the soothing vibrations of sound, Laura will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and receptivity—supporting both nervous system regulation and energetic expansion.

Tracy Farquhar, a gifted medium and Reiki practitioner, will be present throughout the session offering Reiki to all attendees in the room. Her intuitive energy work supports emotional release, energetic alignment, and a sense of grounded peace as the sound frequencies move through your body.

Following the meditation, Tracy will offer a one-card intuitive pull for each participant, providing gentle insight and guidance aligned with what is ready to emerge in your life during this season of growth.
