Connecting with Your Spirit Guides

We all have a team on the other side that supports us through this human experience. We call them Spirit Guides, and they are part of our Soul Family. Even when you're not consciously aware of their guidance, they are giving you the signs and signals that point the way.

If you're curious about your guides and would like to learn more about them and form a stronger connection with them, this workshop is for you! We'll do a guided meditation that will help you connect with the energy of your guides and I'll give you some exercises and tips to bring their presence into your conscious awareness more clearly.

Then I'll connect with each participant's most prominent guide for a brief reading of their energy and how they're helping you.

Sound Healing with Reiki and Readings

Join us for a deeply restorative sound healing meditation led by Laura Price, sound healing practitioner and guide, created to support renewal, clarity, and gentle awakening as we approach the energy of spring.

This guided meditation invites you to envision yourself bursting up through the soil, shedding the heaviness of winter, and allowing your unique beauty to rise, unfold, and shine. Through intentional visualization, breath, and the soothing vibrations of sound, Laura will guide you into a state of deep relaxation and receptivity—supporting both nervous system regulation and energetic expansion.

Tracy Farquhar, a gifted medium and Reiki practitioner, will be present throughout the session offering Reiki to all attendees in the room. Her intuitive energy work supports emotional release, energetic alignment, and a sense of grounded peace as the sound frequencies move through your body.

Following the meditation, Tracy will offer a one-card intuitive pull for each participant, providing gentle insight and guidance aligned with what is ready to emerge in your life during this season of growth.
