2026 is full of potential and possibility. Make the most of it by releasing what no longer serves you and setting intentions!

In this online workshop, we'll start with a meditation and visualization, then we'll do a release ritual for the year that's ending. After that, we'll do some journaling exercises to help you focus on your intentions for the new year and discuss some helpful tips on manifesting.

I will also pull some cards for each of you with a focus on providing guidance for the new year.

You'll need the following for this session:

A comfortable, quiet place to sit with a table or surface to work on

A notebook or journal and pen

We'll do some journaling exercises to help you focus on your intentions for the new year and we'll discuss some helpful tips on manifesting, then you'll have time to construct your vision board! I will also pull some cards for each of you as you work on your boards with a focus on providing guidance for the new year.

I'll provide the following materials for this session:

Magazines for Words and Images
Scissors
Glue Sticks
A Small Notebook and Pen

You're welcome to bring any extra items you'd like to add to your board such as stickers, printed images, rubber stamps, etc.
