Anyone who identifies as an Empath, an Intuitive, an INFJ, an Introvert, or a Highly Sensitive Person may be feeling exhausted and burnt out with all we've had to deal with as a collective and individually during these challenging times.

If that's you, here's a 2-hour online workshop that can help with some tools for grounding, centering, protecting and clearing your energy so that you can experience your sensitivities as a gift, rather than a burden.

As a psychic medium, HSP, introvert, empath, and INFJ, I spent most of my life thinking that my sensitivities were a fault. When I finally learned that they really are a gift, my entire life changed dramatically, so it's my life's passion to help others experience this awakening as well!

We will start with a guided meditation, and then we'll discuss various methods to manage your sensitivities and make them work for you.

There will also be time for Q&A to address your specific questions about managing challenges in your life as an HSP.

All you need is a pen and paper and an intention to embrace your highly sensitive nature.

Are you interested in delving into metaphysical, paranormal, spiritual, and higher consciousness topics? This group will give you the opportunity to share your experiences, beliefs, and questions, plus meet like-minded people in a safe, heart-centered, and open-minded environment.

The group will meet on Zoom on the second Monday evening of each month and will be moderated by me, Tracy Farquhar. Sessions will run from 60-90 minutes. Here is a tentative schedule:
